Vegan Pistachio Tahini Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 70ml water
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 smashed banana

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate
  • 1 tsp pistachio-tahini spread @lenas_gourmet

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, coconut milk, water, chia seeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a pot.

  2. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally, for about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and add toppings: sliced banana, chocolate piece, and pistachio-tahini spread.
