Vegan Pistachio Tahini Porridge
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 100ml coconut milk
- 70ml water
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1tsp agave syrup
- 1/2 smashed banana
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate
- 1 tsp pistachio-tahini spread @lenas_gourmet
Preparation
Combine oats, coconut milk, water, chia seeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a pot.
Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally, for about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Transfer to a serving bowl and add toppings: sliced banana, chocolate piece, and pistachio-tahini spread.
