Creamy and Fluffy Jumbo Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

Optional toppings

  • almond yogurt
  • peanut butter
  • hemp hearts
  • chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak 3/4 cup oats overnight in 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

  2. In the morning add 1 cup of milk and slowly bring to the boil.

  3. Stir lots for about 5 minutes to make them super creamy.

  4. Serve immediately with toppings ready.
