Creamy and Fluffy Jumbo Oat Porridge
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
Optional toppings
- almond yogurt
- peanut butter
- hemp hearts
- chia seeds
Preparation
Soak 3/4 cup oats overnight in 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
In the morning add 1 cup of milk and slowly bring to the boil.
Stir lots for about 5 minutes to make them super creamy.
Serve immediately with toppings ready.
