Healthy Snickers-Inspired Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Pudding
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel
- 30g peanut butter
- 15g maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all pudding ingredients together in a bowl and stir well to combine
In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt for the caramel
Refrigerate the pudding mixture for at least 2 hours to set.
Optionally, top the set pudding with caramel before serving
