Healthy Snickers-Inspired Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Pudding

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Caramel

  • 30g peanut butter
  • 15g maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all pudding ingredients together in a bowl and stir well to combine

  2. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt for the caramel

  3. Refrigerate the pudding mixture for at least 2 hours to set.

  4. Optionally, top the set pudding with caramel before serving
