Easy and Healthy Vegan Brownie Treat

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 6 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Oat flour can be substituted with other flours.

  2. Bake at 200°C/400°F for 25-30 minutes.
