Easy and Healthy Vegan Brownie Treat
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 6 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Oat flour can be substituted with other flours.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 25-30 minutes.
