Easy Vegan Mug Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp white wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a mug, add all dry ingredients and stir with a fork

  2. Add in peanut butter, coffee and almond milk then carefully stir with fork to create a wet batter

  3. Carefully fold in chocolate chips

  4. Feel free to top with additional chocolate chips or fold more in for extra fudginess

  5. Place mug in the microwave for 45 seconds

  6. Make sure to allow mug cake to rest and cool for a few minutes before enjoying
