Vegan Chickpea Fudge Blondies

Ingredients

  • 230g chickpeas
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 40g vegan chocolate (white)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius degrees

  2. Pour the chickpeas, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder and salt in a blender

  3. Mix until smooth

  4. Cut the white chocolate in small pieces and pour into the blondie batter and combine

  5. Pour the cake batter in a 30 cm round cake pan

  6. Heat in the oven for 25 minutes

  7. Let the cake cool down for 20 minutes before serving
