Vegan Chickpea Fudge Blondies
Ingredients
- 230g chickpeas
- 0.5 cup maple syrup
- 0.5 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 40g vegan chocolate (white)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 Celsius degrees
Pour the chickpeas, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder and salt in a blender
Mix until smooth
Cut the white chocolate in small pieces and pour into the blondie batter and combine
Pour the cake batter in a 30 cm round cake pan
Heat in the oven for 25 minutes
Let the cake cool down for 20 minutes before serving
