Amazing Chickpea Blondies with Almond Flour
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, add the ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and top with additional chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing; this step is important to avoid crumbling.
Store in the refrigerator to keep the blondies firm.
