Simple Chocolate Chia Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp choc chips
Preparation
In a bowl combine chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup. Whisk together, then wait a couple mins and whisk again.
Cover and transfer to fridge. Let set for at least 30 mins, preferably 1-2 hours or overnight. Top with raspberries and chocolate chips!
