Simple Chocolate Chia Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp choc chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup. Whisk together, then wait a couple mins and whisk again.

  2. Cover and transfer to fridge. Let set for at least 30 mins, preferably 1-2 hours or overnight. Top with raspberries and chocolate chips!
