Matcha Chia Parfait Dessert
Ingredients
Matcha chia pudding
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4-5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp matcha
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Additional layers
- 300 ml coconut yoghurt
- granola
- lots of berries
Preparation
Mix almond milk, chia seeds, matcha powder, and maple syrup in a bowl and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to thicken
In serving glasses, layer the chia pudding, coconut yoghurt, granola, and berries
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment
