Chia Seed Pudding with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup pea milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Toppings

  • Strawberry purée
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Manilife peanut butter
  • Bio&Me granola
  • Coconut
  • Cacao powder
  • Drizzle (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds, pea milk, and vanilla together in a bowl and stir well to combine

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and forms a pudding-like consistency

  3. Add desired toppings before serving
