Chia Seed Pudding with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup pea milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Toppings
- Strawberry purée
- Coconut yoghurt
- Manilife peanut butter
- Bio&Me granola
- Coconut
- Cacao powder
- Drizzle (optional)
Preparation
Mix chia seeds, pea milk, and vanilla together in a bowl and stir well to combine
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and forms a pudding-like consistency
Add desired toppings before serving
