Cacao Chia Pudding with Berries and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 cups cashew milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together in a large measuring cup for a couple of minutes.
Allow the pudding to start gelling.
Place in the refrigerator to set for approximately 1 hour.
Assembly
Layer the set chia pudding with coconut yogurt, granola, strawberries, and frozen raspberries for serving.
