Cacao Chia Pudding with Berries and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large measuring cup for a couple of minutes.

  2. Allow the pudding to start gelling.

  3. Place in the refrigerator to set for approximately 1 hour.

Assembly

  1. Layer the set chia pudding with coconut yogurt, granola, strawberries, and frozen raspberries for serving.
