Raspberry and Chocolate Chia Pudding Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 bowls soaked 3 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 of cacao powder and 10 tbsp of oat milk over night
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder & 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt & 1/2 of the chia pudding blended
Preparation
To make these 2 bowls soaked 3 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 of cacao powder and 10 tbsp of oat milk over night (give them a really good stir)
Smoothie is 1 banana, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp cacao powder & 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt & 1/2 of the chia pudding blended
Spoon in to coconut bowls just to make it feel a little more summery, then add the remaining chia pudding. Top with berries, a snicket of our dark choc brownie, milled hemp, cacao nibs and a drizzle of dark choc
