Raspberry and Chocolate Chia Pudding Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 bowls soaked 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 of cacao powder and 10 tbsp of oat milk over night
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder & 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt & 1/2 of the chia pudding blended

Preparation

  1. To make these 2 bowls soaked 3 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 of cacao powder and 10 tbsp of oat milk over night (give them a really good stir)

  2. Smoothie is 1 banana, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp cacao powder & 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt & 1/2 of the chia pudding blended

  3. Spoon in to coconut bowls just to make it feel a little more summery, then add the remaining chia pudding. Top with berries, a snicket of our dark choc brownie, milled hemp, cacao nibs and a drizzle of dark choc
