Easy Chia Pudding with Spirulina and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • 1/2-1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar and gently stir to combine.

  2. Let sit for a few hours.

  3. Top with whatever your heart desires and enjoy.

  4. This recipe will keep in the refrigerator for about three days.
