Triple Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 40-50 grams of chia seeds
- 200-250 ml almond milk
- 2 tsp @sovegansofinenl dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp plant based yogurt (+ extra on top)
- 20 grams of pecans
- Optional: dark chocolate and / or maple syrup
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together except the toppings.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, add some yogurt, pecans and/or chocolate, and serve.
