Triple Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 40-50 grams of chia seeds
  • 200-250 ml almond milk
  • 2 tsp @sovegansofinenl dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp plant based yogurt (+ extra on top)
  • 20 grams of pecans
  • Optional: dark chocolate and / or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together except the toppings.

  2. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. The next morning, add some yogurt, pecans and/or chocolate, and serve.
