Kiwi and Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 150 ml almond milk
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A handful of pistachios
Optional
- Agave syrup
- Maple syrup or sweetener
Preparation
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.
Before serving, top with sliced kiwi, blueberries, granola, and pistachios.
