Kiwi and Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A handful of pistachios

Optional

  • Agave syrup
  • Maple syrup or sweetener

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener. Stir well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.

  3. Before serving, top with sliced kiwi, blueberries, granola, and pistachios.
