Beetroot Juice Chiapudding

Ingredients

  • Beetroot juice - 3tbsp
  • Chiaseeds - 3tbsp
  • Almond milk or any plantbased milk of your choice
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • Maple syrup or any sweetener you prefer
  • Coconut Yogurt or any flavored Yogurt you like
  • Toppings - handful granola , Berry compote or any handful

Preparation

  1. Mix chiaseeds with Almond milk , vanilla extract, beetroot juice and mix together until it becomes nice and fluffy

  2. Leave it for atleast 2 hours covered in fridge until all the flavors gets infused together

  3. Make sure you keep stirring it time to time and making sure no lumps are there

  4. Once done Layer chiapudding in the glasses , layer it with your favorite yogurt as you can see in the picture , serve it with your favorite toppings and Your breakfast is ready for you
