Peanut Butter-Jelly breakfast bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 100 grams of oats
  • 3 1/3 cups / 400 ml of oat milk
  • 1 (ripe) banana
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 cups / 200 grams of frozen berries
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. chiaseeds
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • toppings: pecans and hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add oats and oat milk to a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes on a medium-low heat or until soft and creamy

  2. Add chiaseeds, cinnamon and maple syrup and mix until all combined

  3. Transfer oatmeal to the bowls

  4. Cook the frozen berries for a couple of minutes in a saucepan and add it with the banana to the bowl

  5. Drizzle with peanut butter and that’s it
