Peanut Butter-Jelly breakfast bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 100 grams of oats
- 3 1/3 cups / 400 ml of oat milk
- 1 (ripe) banana
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 cups / 200 grams of frozen berries
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. chiaseeds
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- toppings: pecans and hemp seeds
Preparation
Add oats and oat milk to a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes on a medium-low heat or until soft and creamy
Add chiaseeds, cinnamon and maple syrup and mix until all combined
Transfer oatmeal to the bowls
Cook the frozen berries for a couple of minutes in a saucepan and add it with the banana to the bowl
Drizzle with peanut butter and that’s it
