Mango Tropical Chiapudding
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. chiaseeds
- 150 ml soy milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, except the toppings, and transfer it to a jar
Let it rest overnight
Add the plantbased yogurt and toppings the next morning and that’s it
Toppings: mango, puffed quinoa and/or chopped nuts
