Mango Tropical Chiapudding

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. chiaseeds
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the toppings, and transfer it to a jar

  2. Let it rest overnight

  3. Add the plantbased yogurt and toppings the next morning and that’s it

  4. Toppings: mango, puffed quinoa and/or chopped nuts
