Quinoa B-Bread Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 3/4 - 1 cup soy milk (or of choice)
- 1.5 cups quinoa flour (or spelt, all-purpose, oat)

Preparation
Spices, if desired. I added cinnamon + nutmeg
Blend it all up. Pour it into your donut moulds. Bake at 175°C for 15 - 20 minutes
I thought about icing these, but decided to keep them plain, and I served them warm, almost religiously with peanut butter and either yoghurt or icecream
