Quinoa B-Bread Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 3/4 - 1 cup soy milk (or of choice)
  • 1.5 cups quinoa flour (or spelt, all-purpose, oat)

Preparation

  1. Spices, if desired. I added cinnamon + nutmeg

  2. Blend it all up. Pour it into your donut moulds. Bake at 175°C for 15 - 20 minutes

  3. I thought about icing these, but decided to keep them plain, and I served them warm, almost religiously with peanut butter and either yoghurt or icecream
