Thickest Densest 5-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Cake
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tahini (can sub almond or peanut)
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1/8 cup + 2 tbsp quinoa flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- Big ole handful vegan Chocolate chips, like @santabarbarachocolate
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour into a small lightly oiled cast iron skillet and bake at 350 for 13 minutes. Enjoy!!
Note: Quinoa flour gives a dense texture; almond flour can be used for a lighter, fluffier texture.
