Thickest Densest 5-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tahini (can sub almond or peanut)
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/8 cup + 2 tbsp quinoa flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • Big ole handful vegan Chocolate chips, like @santabarbarachocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

  2. Pour into a small lightly oiled cast iron skillet and bake at 350 for 13 minutes. Enjoy!!

  3. Note: Quinoa flour gives a dense texture; almond flour can be used for a lighter, fluffier texture.
