Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 Tablespoon almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl stir together almond flour, baking soda, sugar and sea salt.
In a small bowl, add melted coconut oil, baking powder, almond milk or water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined and then fold into dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of batter onto prepared baking sheet. Press lightly to flatten.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Bottoms will not be brown, but they are done! Cool and enjoy.
