Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe mashed bananas
  • 2 cups almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 TB coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 TB prepared coffee

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line baking pan with parchment paper

  2. Combine all wet and then dry ingredients. Batter is soft and a little wet; you can add a bit more flour to firm it up. Cookies will be thick

  3. Bake for about 15-20 minutes
