Guilt Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour or coconut flour @bobsredmill
- 1/3 cup almond milk @silk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tb coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips @enjoylifefoods
- 2 tb prepared coffee @peetscoffee
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 line baking pan with parchment paper
Combine all wet and then dry ingredients. Batter is soft and a little wet you can add a bit more flour to firm it up. Cookies will be thick
Bake about 15-20 minutes
