Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 very ripe mashed bananas
- 2 cups almond flour or coconut flour
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 TB coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 TB prepared coffee
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 and line baking pan with parchment paper
Combine all wet and then dry ingredients. Batter is soft and a little wet; you can add a bit more flour to firm it up. Cookies will be thick
Bake for about 15-20 minutes
