Jars with a Wonderful Pink Gradient from Barbie Pink to a Light Pinkish Layer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Just mix everything for about 5 minutes, set in the fridge, then stir gain after another five minutes to avoid clumbs. Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (overnight works too)

  2. The other two layers are maple flavoured coconut yoghurt coloured with the amazing pink pitaya as well

  3. Top with some crunchy cacao nibs, eatable flower leaves and frozen blackberries
