Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of oats
  • 150 grams of unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 100 ml plantbased milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 80 grams of frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and transfer it to a jar

  2. Let it rest overnight

  3. Add more plantbased yogurt or toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy
