Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40 grams of oats
- 150 grams of unsweetened soy yoghurt
- 100 ml plantbased milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/4 tbsp. vanilla extract
- Juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
- 80 grams of frozen blueberries
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and transfer it to a jar
Let it rest overnight
Add more plantbased yogurt or toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy
