Simple Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup plant based yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- banana
- frozen or fresh berries
- pepita seeds
- sunflower seeds
- nut butter
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a large bowl, mix well, cover and store overnight in the refrigerator.
Add desired toppings in the morning.
