Simple Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plant based yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • banana
  • frozen or fresh berries
  • pepita seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • nut butter

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, mix well, cover and store overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Add desired toppings in the morning.
