Peach Cobbler Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup cashew milk or any liquid
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- splash of vanilla extract
- chopped peaches (nectarines work too!)
Toppings
- fresh nectarines
- blueberries
- nut butter
- seeds
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a small pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until desired oatmeal consistency is reached.
Top with fresh nectarines, blueberries, nut butter, and seeds.
