Peach Cobbler Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup cashew milk or any liquid
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • chopped peaches (nectarines work too!)

Toppings

  • fresh nectarines
  • blueberries
  • nut butter
  • seeds

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until desired oatmeal consistency is reached.

  2. Top with fresh nectarines, blueberries, nut butter, and seeds.

  3. Enjoy!
