Simple Oatmeal with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 cup cashew milk
Preparation
Add everything to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir until thickened, about 4-5 minutes.
Remove from stove top and serve.
Optionally top with blueberries, raspberries, pepitas, and peanut butter.
