Simple Oatmeal with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1 cup cashew milk

Preparation

  1. Add everything to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir until thickened, about 4-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from stove top and serve.

  4. Optionally top with blueberries, raspberries, pepitas, and peanut butter.
