Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Flax Seed

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats (rolled or quick)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes and remove from stovetop.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with whatever you like.

  4. These oats are versatile and can include almost any fruit.
