Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Flax Seed
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats (rolled or quick)
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 3 minutes and remove from stovetop.
Pour into a bowl and top with whatever you like.
These oats are versatile and can include almost any fruit.
