Easy Matcha Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
- 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to set
Optionally, top with coconut yogurt before serving
