Easy Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk
  • 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional

  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to set

  3. Optionally, top with coconut yogurt before serving
