Matcha Chia Pudding Delight
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 -2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 2 cups cashew milk (or any dairy-free milk)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
In a bowl or mason jar, mix the matcha green tea powder with the cashew milk and whisk until smooth and not clumped. You can use a blender too. Add the coconut cream and chia seeds and whisk well.
Add in vanilla extract and maple syrup. Whisk again.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
