Chia Pudding Two Ways
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Variations
- 1 tbsp beet crystals for red version
- Blue spirulina powder for blue version
- Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
Preparation
Add all ingredients for the chosen variation to a jar.
Tighten the lid and shake vigorously to combine.
Place in the refrigerator to gel.
