Chia Pudding Two Ways

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Variations

  • 1 tbsp beet crystals for red version
  • Blue spirulina powder for blue version
  • Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients for the chosen variation to a jar.

  2. Tighten the lid and shake vigorously to combine.

  3. Place in the refrigerator to gel.
