Blue Spirulina Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to mix.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and sets.
Serve cold, optionally with toppings like fruit or nuts.
