Healthy Beetroot Chia Pudding for Breakfast
Ingredients
- Chia seeds - 1/2 cup
- Almond milk - 1 1/2 cup
- Maple Syrup - 2 tbsp
- Beetroot powder - 2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Blueberry Jam or Homemade compote
- Fresh fruits
- Coconut Whipped cream
Preparation
Whisk all the ingredients together, stirring continuously until well combined and fluffy in texture. You can add more chia seeds if you want a thicker consistency.
Leave the mixture for 10 minutes until all the flavors are absorbed.
Layer the chia pudding with berry compote, add more pudding until the top, then layer with whipped cream and finish with favorite fruits or nuts, and enjoy.
