Healthy Oat Chia Breakfast Dessert

Ingredients

  • Quick oats - 1 cup
  • Chia seeds - 2 tsp
  • Almond milk - 2 cups
  • Maple Syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Beetroot powder - 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Blueberry Jam or Homemade compote
  • Fresh fruits
  • Coconut Whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot on low to medium heat and stir continuously until well combined and creamy. Add more chia seeds if a thicker consistency is desired.

  2. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to absorb.

  3. Layer the oats mixture with berry compote, add more oats mixture, and top with whipped cream or fresh fruits and nuts, then enjoy.
