Delicious Chocolate Orange Oatmeal Breakfast with Toppings

Ingredients

  • Quick oats - 1 cup
  • Almond milk - 1 cup (or water)
  • Maple syrup - 1tbsp
  • Cacao powder - 3tsp
  • Orange juice - 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
  • Flaxseeds powder - 2tsp

Toppings

  • Peanut butter - 1tbsp
  • Chiaberry jam - homemade
  • Fruits and Nuts of your choice

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously until all the liquid gets absorbed. If you like runny porridge, add more water or milk.

  2. Transfer into your serving bowl and serve with a spoon full of peanut butter, homemade chia berry jam and handful nuts and fresh fruits and enjoy.
