Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 45 grams quick oats
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
Toppings
- lemon zest
- blueberries
- plant-based yogurt
- cashews
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the toppings and transfer to a sealed container or jar.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add the toppings the next morning and serve.
