Vegan Snicker Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. oatmeal
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup or stevia
- Blueberries
- Puffed quinoa
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the sliced banana, blueberries, and peanut butter in a jar.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve the next morning with the sliced banana, blueberries, and peanut butter as toppings.
