Vegan Snicker Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or stevia
  • Blueberries
  • Puffed quinoa
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the sliced banana, blueberries, and peanut butter in a jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Serve the next morning with the sliced banana, blueberries, and peanut butter as toppings.
