Bounty Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
Add-ins
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Toppings
- cherries
- coconut bliss balls
- chia seeds
- additional coconut flakes
Preparation
Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Mash half a banana
Mix the cooked oats with coconut flakes, the mashed banana, and cocoa powder.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with cherries, coconut bliss balls, chia seeds, and additional coconut flakes.
