Bounty Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt

Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Toppings

  • cherries
  • coconut bliss balls
  • chia seeds
  • additional coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mash half a banana

  3. Mix the cooked oats with coconut flakes, the mashed banana, and cocoa powder.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  5. Top with cherries, coconut bliss balls, chia seeds, and additional coconut flakes.
