Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (old fashioned or quick cook)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plant based mylk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together in a jar or bowl

  2. Let sit in your fridge overnight OR just sit in in your kitchen for 15 minutes until it’s thickened enough

  3. I usually top it with fruits and nuts or nut butter
