Chocolate Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (old fashioned or quick cook)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup plant based mylk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Mix everything together in a jar or bowl
Let sit in your fridge overnight OR just sit in in your kitchen for 15 minutes until it’s thickened enough
I usually top it with fruits and nuts or nut butter
