Sweet Potato Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Pomegranate
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp pumkin spice or cinnamon
- 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oats
Preparation
Stir together all the ingredients until no lumps remain
Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours
