Sweet Potato Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Pomegranate

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp pumkin spice or cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats

Preparation

  1. Stir together all the ingredients until no lumps remain

  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours

  3. Enjoy!
