Tropical Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. chiaseeds
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. plantbased yogurt
- toppings: fresh mango, strawberries, blueberries & granola
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, except the toppings, and transfer it to a jar
Let it rest overnight
Add the plantbased yogurt and toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy
