Tropical Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. chiaseeds
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. plantbased yogurt
  • toppings: fresh mango, strawberries, blueberries & granola

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the toppings, and transfer it to a jar

  2. Let it rest overnight

  3. Add the plantbased yogurt and toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy
