Cozy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Cashew Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional)
- 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings
- fresh blueberries
- coconut chips
- peanut butter granola
Preparation
Add all ingredients except collagen or protein powder into a small pot over medium heat.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly wetter than desired consistency.
Add protein powder and stir; it should thicken up a bit.
Note: Do not add protein powder earlier to avoid clumps.
