Cozy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Cashew Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • fresh blueberries
  • coconut chips
  • peanut butter granola

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except collagen or protein powder into a small pot over medium heat.

  2. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly wetter than desired consistency.

  3. Add protein powder and stir; it should thicken up a bit.

  4. Note: Do not add protein powder earlier to avoid clumps.
