Cozy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 dates, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp goji berries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup rice milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Toppings

  • 1 loaded Tbsp yogurt
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate
  • 1 freeze dried raspberry

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and slowly simmer to desired consistency.

Assembly

  1. Add yogurt, drizzle peanut butter, drizzle chocolate, and sprinkle crushed freeze-dried raspberry.
