Oatmeal Bowl with Dates and Toppings
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cinnamon
- 2 chopped dates
- 1 large piece crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1 cup milked oats
Toppings
- blueberries
- peanut butter
- hemp hearts
Preparation
Combine oats, cinnamon, chopped dates, chopped crystallized ginger, and milked oats in a pot or bowl.
Cook over medium heat with occasional stirring until oats are soft and mixture is heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with blueberries, peanut butter, and hemp hearts before serving.
