Oatmeal Bowl with Dates and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cinnamon
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 1 large piece crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 1 cup milked oats

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • peanut butter
  • hemp hearts

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, cinnamon, chopped dates, chopped crystallized ginger, and milked oats in a pot or bowl.

  2. Cook over medium heat with occasional stirring until oats are soft and mixture is heated through, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and top with blueberries, peanut butter, and hemp hearts before serving.
