Oil-Free Tahini Granola with Seeds and Nuts

Ingredients

Wet

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or date paste
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Dry mix

  • 2-3 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.

  2. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 325°F, mixing halfway.

  3. Add raisins after baking.

Add-in suggestions

  1. Consider adding protein powder, mushrooms, nutmeg, ginger powder, dried apricot, or other optional ingredients.
