Oil-Free Tahini Granola with Seeds and Nuts
Ingredients
Wet
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or date paste
- 1 tsp vanilla
Dry mix
- 2-3 cups oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
Bake for 18-20 minutes at 325°F, mixing halfway.
Add raisins after baking.

Consider adding protein powder, mushrooms, nutmeg, ginger powder, dried apricot, or other optional ingredients.
