Pumpkin Spice Granola for Yogurt
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts and almonds)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Mash the banana.
Melt the coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl: oats, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut, mashed banana, maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
