Oil-Free Tahini Maple Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- wet:
- 1/2 cup tahini or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or soaked dates blended to a paste)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dry:
- 3 cups oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut shreds
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 325f
In a bowl, mix wet ingredients first, then add dry to the wet mixture
Spread the granola mixture onto a parchment covered pan (or reusable baking sheet covered pan)
Bake for 16 minutes, mixing around at the half-way mark
Serve it up with coconut yogurt, fruit ?
