Oil-Free Tahini Maple Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • wet:⁣
  • 1/2 cup tahini or peanut butter⁣
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or soaked dates blended to a paste)⁣
  • 1 tsp vanilla⁣
  • dry: ⁣
  • 3 cups oats⁣
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds⁣⁣
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon⁣
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁣
  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds⁣

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325f⁣

  2. In a bowl, mix wet ingredients first, then add dry to the wet mixture⁣

  3. Spread the granola mixture onto a parchment covered pan (or reusable baking sheet covered pan) ⁣

  4. Bake for 16 minutes, mixing around at the half-way mark⁣

  5. Serve it up with coconut yogurt, fruit ?
