Simple Pecan Tahini Granola with Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup very runny tahini
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
If tahini is thick, melt it with coconut oil to thin it out.
In a bowl, mix 2 cups oats, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/4 cup very runny tahini, 1 tbsp cinnamon, and 4 tbsp maple syrup.
Bake at 350 degrees on a parchment paper lined baking tray for 27 minutes.
Take out halfway through and use a spatula to mix around the granola.
