Simple Pecan Tahini Granola with Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup very runny tahini
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. If tahini is thick, melt it with coconut oil to thin it out.

  2. In a bowl, mix 2 cups oats, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/4 cup very runny tahini, 1 tbsp cinnamon, and 4 tbsp maple syrup.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees on a parchment paper lined baking tray for 27 minutes.

  4. Take out halfway through and use a spatula to mix around the granola.

  5. Enjoy.
