Blueberry Granola Bowl with Oats and Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- cinnamon (to taste)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients including oats, flax, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Stir the mixture to combine everything well.
Add the wet ingredients: maple syrup and applesauce.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
Let the granola cool completely before packing into a container.
Serving
Serve the granola in a bowl alongside fresh mango and banana.
Add a bit of almond butter for extra flavor.
