Blueberry Granola Bowl with Oats and Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients including oats, flax, chia seeds, and cinnamon.

  2. Stir the mixture to combine everything well.

  3. Add the wet ingredients: maple syrup and applesauce.

  4. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.

  7. Let the granola cool completely before packing into a container.

Serving

  1. Serve the granola in a bowl alongside fresh mango and banana.

  2. Add a bit of almond butter for extra flavor.
