Peanut Butter and Date Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • chopped dates

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 2 tbsp ground flax, lots of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

  2. Stir until mixed

  3. Add 1/4 cup applesauce and 2 tbsp maple syrup

  4. Stir until the oat mix is fully coated

  5. Add in chopped dates

  6. Stir again

  7. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet

  8. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes

  9. Allow it to cool completely before breaking into pieces and storing
