Peanut Butter and Date Granola
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- lots of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- chopped dates
Preparation
Combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 2 tbsp ground flax, lots of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
Stir until mixed
Add 1/4 cup applesauce and 2 tbsp maple syrup
Stir until the oat mix is fully coated
Add in chopped dates
Stir again
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes
Allow it to cool completely before breaking into pieces and storing
